This Privacy Policy explains how Apra Group LLC ('Apra Group', 'we', 'us') collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit apragroupllc.com (the 'Site') or use our services, including the INKOMNIUM platform ('INKOMNIUM').

1. Who we are

Apra Group LLC is a limited liability company organized in Florida, USA, located at 2320 Ali Baba Ave, Opa-Locka, FL 33054. We operate this Site and the INKOMNIUM platform.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, company or studio name, and message details when you contact us, request a demo, or submit a proposal request.
• Account and subscription data: for INKOMNIUM customers (studios), business and billing details. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Data processed for studios: when a tattoo studio uses INKOMNIUM, it may enter data about its own clients and staff (for example, appointments, contact details, and signed consent forms/waivers). For this data the studio is the controller and Apra Group/INKOMNIUM acts as a processor on the studio's behalf.
• Automatically collected: basic technical data such as browser type and device, and local storage (for example, your language preference).

3. How we use information

We use personal information to operate and provide our services, process subscriptions, respond to inquiries and demo requests, provide support, ensure security and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

4. Payments

Subscriptions to INKOMNIUM and Apra Group services are processed by Stripe, Inc. Studios that use INKOMNIUM charge their own clients directly through their own payment accounts and are the merchant of record for those transactions; Apra Group/INKOMNIUM does not hold end-client funds and is not a party to studio-client payments. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

5. Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate, including: Stripe (payments and billing), Make.com and Google (delivery of contact/demo form submissions by email), Chatbase (website chat assistant), Google Fonts (font delivery), and Hostinger (hosting and email). We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses local storage to remember preferences (such as your language) and third-party tools (such as the Chatbase chat) that may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

For data a studio processes through INKOMNIUM about its own clients, please contact that studio directly; we will assist the studio as its processor.
